AgileEngine is seeking a Senior BI Analyst to build dashboards and reports and transform large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. The role will leverage SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI tools to deliver data-driven recommendations.

In a remote-friendly environment with flexible hours and an international team, you will own data models, work with data warehousing concepts, and communicate findings across stakeholders, driving business impact with urgency and rigor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including migration to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using Claude Code or Cursor AI coding tools across tasks.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
