AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will develop solutions using SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI coding tools, with a strong emphasis on data quality and scalable processes.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across remote and on-site environments, drive data-driven decision making, and translate complex analytics into actionable narratives for business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Python development experience.
• Experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid data warehousing and data pipeline knowledge.
• Ability to maintain data models and calculations.
• Familiar with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and reports to support decision making.
