AgileEngine in the U.S. is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst who will build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

You will own the end-to-end analytics lifecycle, collaborate across teams, and translate complex data into compelling narratives while maintaining data quality and scalability. This role offers flexible remote/hybrid work, USD-based compensation, and opportunities to work on Fortune 500 and top product

Qualificações

• 5+ years of SQL development experience; experience writing and optimizing SQL queries across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including hands-on experience maintaining existing Tableau models and/or migrating them to Streamlit.
• Prior hands-on Python development experience.
• Prior practical, hands-on experience using AI coding tools, specifically Claude Code or Cursor, across coding, SQL, analysis, testing, and research.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Spreadsheets for running ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Ability to maintain and validate existing data models and calculations to ensure accurate reporting.
• Experience using remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
