AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

The role requires 5+ years SQL development, 3+ years Tableau, Python, and hands-on AI-coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor), plus Excel/Sheets and data warehousing knowledge. Flexibility with remote/office options and USD-based pay is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development including migration to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using Claude Code or Cursor for AI-assisted coding.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong data warehousing and data pipeline understanding.
• Ability to maintain and validate data models for reporting.
• Experience with GitHub, Slack, JIRA for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Validate data sources to ensure reliable insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver service.
