Job summary

Veta Virtual Inc. is hiring a Senior Business Development Associate to expand demand for Remote Talent and support CX. The role focuses on outbound outreach to US and Canadian firms, with ownership of the sales process from discovery through closing and onboarding.

You will split time between business development and client experience support, reporting to leadership and collaborating with the CX lead. A self-starter mindset and KPI-driven approach are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B business development, sales, or account management.
• Experience in client success or CX to keep clients post-sale.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, with sales conversation leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive 60% of time growing demand for Remote Talent.
• Support Client Experience (CX) team ~40% of the time.
• Qualify leads and lead discovery and sales meetings.
• Own pipeline management in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Hand off new clients to onboarding smoothly.
