AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to build and maintain backend services, automation workflows, and Salesforce API integrations supporting a GTM data platform. You will develop REST APIs and webhook-based routing, and contribute to AI SDR automation initiatives using Java or Python in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience in Java or Python.
• REST API integration and webhook development experience.
• CRM automation and lead routing systems experience.
• Agile delivery with Jira familiarity.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows (Java/Python/microservices).
• Develop and integrate with Salesforce APIs (EVO, Omnichannel, lead rules).
• Support AI SDR automation, including Ghost User setup and Calendly integration.
• Contribute to the GTM data platform codebase.
• Work in an Agile sprint with a Jira backlog (GTMDR project).
