Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to build and maintain backend services, automate workflows, and integrate with Salesforce APIs. You will develop REST APIs and AI-driven automation within an Agile environment, using Java or Python.

4+ years of backend experience with Salesforce or API integration is required. The role supports AI SDR automation and GTM data platform contributions, with fully remote work and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Experience with Salesforce platform development or API integration.
• REST API integration and webhook development skills.
• CRM automation and lead routing systems experience.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows.
• Develop and integrate with Salesforce APIs (EVO, Omnichannel).
• Support AI SDR automation and lead routing via webhooks.
• Contribute to GTM data platform codebase.
• Work in an Agile sprint with a JIRA backlog.
