AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to build backend services, automation workflows, and Salesforce API integrations for a GTM data platform. You will develop REST APIs and webhook-based lead routing, with AI SDR automation in an Agile environment.

Requirements include 4+ years in backend engineering with Java or Python, REST API integration, and CRM automation experience. This role is 100% remote with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience with Java or Python.
• Experience with REST API integration and webhook development.
• CRM automation and lead routing systems knowledge.
• Familiarity with agile delivery and JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows.
• Develop and integrate with Salesforce APIs (EVO, Omnichannel).
• Support AI SDR automation workflows and webhook-based lead routing.
• Contribute to GTM data platform codebase.
• Work in an agile sprint process with a JIRA backlog.
