AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to build and maintain backend services, automation workflows, and Salesforce API integrations supporting a GTM data platform. You will develop REST APIs and webhook-based lead routing, and contribute to AI SDR automation using Java or Python in an Agile sprint.

The role requires 4+ years of backend engineering experience with Salesforce platform development or API integration expertise, and offers 100% remote work with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience with Java or Python.
• Strong REST API integration and webhook development skills.
• Experience with CRM automation and lead routing systems.
• Familiarity with agile delivery and JIRA.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows (Java/Python/microservices).
• Develop and integrate with Salesforce APIs (EVO, Omnichannel, lead routing).
• Support AI SDR automation tooling and related integrations.
• Contribute to the GTM data platform codebase in an Agile sprint.
