You will develop REST APIs and webhook-based lead routing with Java or Python, working in an agile sprint environment. 4+ years of backend experience with Salesforce or API integration is required.

• Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows.
• Develop and integrate with Salesforce APIs (EVO, Omnichannel, lead routing).
• Support AI SDR automation — including Ghost User setup, Calendly integration, webhook-based lead routing.
• Contribute to the GTM data platform codebase.
• Work within an agile sprint process with a JIRA-based backlog (GTMDR project).
