AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to build and maintain backend services, automation workflows, and Salesforce API integrations supporting a GTM data platform and AI-assisted sales automation initiatives.

You will develop REST APIs and webhook-based lead routing systems, integrate with Salesforce APIs including EVO and Omnichannel, and contribute to AI SDR automation using Java or Python in an Agile sprint environment.

Competenze

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience with Java or Python.
• REST API integration and webhook development expertise.
• CRM automation and lead routing systems knowledge.
• Familiar with agile delivery and JIRA.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows (Java / Python / microservices).
• Develop and integrate with Salesforce APIs (EVO, Omnichannel, lead routing).
• Support AI SDR automation including integrations and automation workflows.
• Contribute to the GTM data platform codebase.
• Work in an agile sprint process with a JIRA-based backlog.
