AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to build and maintain backend services, automation workflows, and Salesforce API integrations supporting a GTM data platform. You will develop REST APIs and webhook-based lead routing systems, and contribute to AI-assisted sales automation initiatives using Java or Python in an Agile sprint environment.

The role requires 4+ years of backend engineering experience with Salesforce platform development or API integration expertise.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience in Java or Python.
• REST API integration and webhook development.
• CRM automation and lead routing systems.
• Familiarity with agile delivery and JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows using Java and Python.
