Qualifications

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience (Java or Python).
• REST API integration and webhook development experience.
• CRM automation and lead routing experience; Salesforce integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows (Java/Python/microservices).
• Develop and integrate with Salesforce APIs (EVO, Omnichannel, lead assignment rules).
• Support AI SDR automation—including Ghost User setup, Calendly integration, webhook-based lead routing.
