You will work on distributed systems, AI-assisted development, and production-grade architectures, leveraging Docker and Kubernetes in production.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software/backend experience.
• 5+ years of Python production systems.
• Strong Java expertise.
• Hands-on AI/LLM-based development experience.
• Experience with distributed systems and async processing.
• Production-grade design, monitoring, and optimization.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Python.
• Develop distributed systems with databases, APIs, queues, and data pipelines.
• Own features end-to-end from design to monitoring.
• Build reliable, performant, and maintainable production systems.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements.
• Improve performance, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while ensuring quality.
• Participate in architectural discussions and key technical decisions.
