PwC Buenos Aires Acceleration Center is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Deals team, focusing on assisting clients in successfully integrating acquisitions and maximizing investment value. You will contribute to financial analyses and strategic post-merger planning within a global network.

You will build meaningful client connections, guide teams through complex scenarios, and deliver high-quality work while adapting to evolving client needs across geographies and jurisdictions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsabilidades

• Developing strategies for post-merger integration to maximize investment value
• Navigating complex transactions and providing strategic advice to clients
