PwC Argentina’s Acceleration Center Buenos Aires seeks an Associate to support mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. You’ll contribute to deal integration, value realization, and financial analysis while growing your skills with global teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services.

You’ll engage with clients, manage stakeholders, and help deliver value through connected collaboration and hands-on learning in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of experience.
• English oral and written proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting clients in navigating complex transactions to maximize value in mergers and acquisitions.
• Developing strategies for successful integration of acquisitions and value realization.
• Applying business process improvement techniques to enhance operational performance.
• Engaging in stakeholder management to align integration goals and expectations.
• Utilizing project management skills to coordinate integration activities and timelines.
• Performing synergy analysis to identify cost reduction and efficiency opportunities.
• Collaborating with teams to deliver operational advice and strategic leadership.
• Gathering and analyzing information from diverse sources to inform decision-making.
• Upholding professional and technical standards while adhering to the Firm's code of conduct.
