PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is seeking a Deals Value‑Manager to help clients navigate mergers and acquisitions, drive post‑merger integration, and maximize investment value.

The role leads teams, mentors junior staff, and manages client accounts, combining strategic planning with rigorous analysis to deliver on deal objectives across advisory, assurance, tax and business services.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 4 years of experience in deals and M&A strategy.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop post‑merger integration strategies to maximize value.
• Lead teams in executing complex transactions and restructurings.
• Provide analytical thinking and process improvement for client outcomes.
• Manage project timelines and budgets for deal outcomes.
• Coach team members and foster performance.
• Build stakeholder relationships and maintain client trust.
• Lead pre‑deal IT, operational and commercial due diligence.
• Uphold PwC standards and code of conduct.
