PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is seeking a Deals Associate to support mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring. You will focus on deal integration, value realization and financial analysis across diverse client engagements.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, manage projects, and build relationships with clients while developing your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required
• At least 1 year of experience required
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

Responsabilidades

• Assisting clients in navigating complex transactions to maximize value in mergers and acquisitions
• Developing strategies for successful integration of acquisitions and value realization
• Applying business process improvement techniques to enhance operational performance
• Engaging in stakeholder management to align integration goals and expectations
• Utilizing project management skills to coordinate integration activities and timelines
• Performing synergy analysis to identify cost reduction and efficiency opportunities
• Collaborating with teams to deliver operational advice and strategic leadership
• Gathering and analyzing information from diverse sources to inform decision‑making
• Upholding professional and technical standards while adhering to the Firm's code of conduct
