PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is seeking an Associate in Deals to support mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring for a diverse client portfolio.

You will contribute to deal integration, value realization, and financial analysis, working with global teams and advancing your technical knowledge of firm services. The role emphasizes hands-on learning, client exposure and building your personal brand within PwC.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting clients in navigating complex transactions to maximize value in mergers and acquisitions
• Developing strategies for successful integration of acquisitions and value realization
• Applying business process improvement techniques to enhance operational performance
• Engaging in stakeholder management to align integration goals and expectations
• Utilizing project management skills to coordinate integration activities and timelines
• Performing synergy analysis to identify cost reduction and efficiency opportunities
• Collaborating with teams to deliver operational advice and strategic leadership
• Gathering and analyzing information from diverse sources to inform decision-making
• Upholding professional and technical standards while adhering to the Firm's code of conduct
