PwC Argentina is seeking a Deals Value-Manager in our Acceleration Center Buenos Aires to help clients integrate acquisitions and maximize value across global deals. You will lead post-merger initiatives, guide multi-disciplinary teams, and manage client accounts to deliver high-quality outcomes.

In this role you will coach juniors, drive project plans and budgets, and apply analytical thinking to identify synergies and optimize integration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Deals and M&A strategy; English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Developing post-merger integration strategies to maximize investment value.
• Leading teams in executing complex transactions and navigating restructuring processes.
• Coaching and mentoring junior staff to deliver quality results.
• Managing project timelines and budgets to achieve successful deal outcomes.
