Medallia, a leader in Experience Management, is seeking a Senior AR Collections Analyst in Buenos Aires. You will drive cash collection, analyze aging receivables, and collaborate with Finance, Sales, and customers to improve financial health.

Hybrid role with 3 onsite days weekly and fluent English. Strong communication and Excel skills required; NetSuite and Salesforce experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in B2B collections.
• Strong English communication (verbal and written).
• Experience with SaaS billing or subscription models is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Work with AR Collections Manager to meet cash targets and suggest inter-departmental improvements.
• Research and analyze customer accounts before contacting for past-due balances.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, or online meetings regarding invoices and keep detailed notes.
• Resolve complex collections challenges using knowledge of collections and procedures.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and customers to resolve billing and collection issues.
• Forecast accurate collection estimates for monthly/quarterly reporting to Finance.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing duties as needed.
