BM Global Services Buenos Aires is seeking a Collections Analyst to join our global team. You will support cash collection activities, chase overdue invoices, and maintain accurate records in an international environment.

The role emphasizes strong Excel skills, English proficiency, and collaboration with Finance and business partners to improve collections efficiency and reduce aged debt.

Formación

• University degree in accounting, business or related field.
• Advanced English required; Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience in collections, cash or accounts receivable preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable balances via email and phone.
• Support initiatives to reduce aged debt and ensure timely collection.
• Monitor AR portfolios, identify overdue invoices and follow up.
• Maintain accurate collection records and client notes.
• Collaborate with Business Partners and Finance teams on collection efforts.
• Provide support across Finance POD activities as needed.

We are looking for a Collections Analyst to join our global team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional who enjoys working with clients and stakeholders to support cash collection activities, reduce aged debt, and contribute to the Firm’s financial performance in a collaborative international environment.

What will be your impact?

• Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable balances through email and phone communication.
• Support initiatives to reduce aged debt and ensure timely payment collection.
• Monitor assigned accounts receivable portfolios, identifying overdue invoices and items requiring follow-up.
• Maintain accurate collection records, invoice status updates, and client communication notes.
• Collaborate closely with Business Partners, Finance teams, and other stakeholders to support collection efforts and resolve payment-related matters.
• Provide support across different activities within the Finance POD as business needs evolve.

What will help you succeed in this opportunity?

• University studies or degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, International Trade, or related fields.
• Advanced or Bilingual English (mandatory).
• Portuguese language skills are considered a plus.
• Previous experience in Collections, Cash, Accounts Receivable, Finance or related areas.
• Experience working with financial or accounting systems; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Interest in leveraging AI tools and technology to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Excellent communication, organization, flexibility and time management skills.
