Aufgaben

• Provide support in credit and collections management, contributing to control and monitoring of accounts receivable.
• Follow up on assigned accounts receivable, monitoring due dates and maintaining contact with customers.
• Identify and communicate situations that may represent collection risks.
• Support the resolution of inquiries, discrepancies, or claims related to invoicing and collections.
• Maintain up-to-date customer, payment, and collection information in the department's systems.
• Participate in the preparation of reports and KPIs, supporting portfolio analysis.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement and process automation initiatives.
