S&P Global Credit and Collections team in Buenos Aires is seeking a dedicated professional to manage collections and client relations. The role emphasizes timely collections, policy adherence, and effective customer service within the Order to Cash process.

The position requires strong English communication, problem solving, and the ability to work full-time from 9:00 to 18:00, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple priorities.

• Assist with refunds, payment forms, discrepancies, and tax-related questions.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts within the assigned territory.
