Simplia Facility Solution is seeking a Decision Support Analyst in Buenos Aires to manage financial reporting, forecasting, and performance commentary. You will coordinate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, analyze results against forecasts, and prepare insights for management and stakeholders.

The role requires 8+ years of Finance experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent English. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will drive enterprise value and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of related finance experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Analyze financial and operational performance, including Actuals vs Forecast vs Business Plan, current month vs prior month, YTD, quarterly, and full-year results.
• Provide clear, decision-focused commentary on key drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support forecast cycles, Business Plan preparation, and monthly Financial Outlook reviews.
• Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate options and opportunities.
• Support capital investment or divestment decisions with actionable insights.
