Atlas Copco Argentina is seeking a Semi Sr Credit and Collections Analyst to manage the credit and collections process and support the AR portfolio. You will follow up on overdue accounts, analyze credit data, and collaborate with internal teams to minimize risk.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement between remote and on-site at our Buenos Aires office, with opportunities to grow in a global industrial company and develop financial and commercial knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Credit & Collections, Administration, Finance, or similar administrative roles.
• Experience interacting with internal and/or external customers and handling administrative documentation is a plus.
• Advanced students or graduates in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
• Analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Follow up on assigned accounts receivable, monitoring due dates and maintaining contact with customers to manage outstanding payments.
• Identify and communicate situations that may represent collection risks, escalating cases when appropriate.
• Support the resolution of inquiries, discrepancies, or claims related to invoicing and collections, coordinating with the relevant internal stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date customer, payment, and collection information within the department's systems and management tools.
• Participate in the preparation of reports and key performance indicators, supporting portfolio analysis and results tracking.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement and process automation initiatives within the area.
