IgniteTech is seeking a senior AI Sales Architect to deploy GenAI-powered tools that enhance real-time decision-making for B2B enterprise engagements. You will architect ML forecasting models to predict market shifts and drive a >20% lift in conversion rates through AI-enabled insights.

You will mentor a team of L2 AI specialists, shape the AI roadmap for sales, and present ROI-driven updates to senior leadership. This role blends deep AI expertise with revenue impact at a global scale.

Formación

• 3+ years in B2B enterprise software sales with complex deals.
• Deep hands-on Generative AI tools and LLMs in business settings.
• Experience building/ deploying ML forecasting models for sales or GTM.
• Strong knowledge of sales strategy, customer journey mapping, market dynamics, and AI enhancement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to persuade non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy GenAI-powered tools for real-time use in client interactions.
• Lead end-to-end ML forecasting models with high accuracy and auto-recalibration.
• Drive measurable sales uplift through AI tool adoption.
• Formulate and execute long-term AI strategy for the sales org.
• Mentor L2 AI Specialists and ensure timely delivery of AI projects.
• Produce market analysis and forecasts to inform strategic decisions.
• Communicate ROI and AI progress to senior leadership.
