IgniteTech is seeking an experienced QA Engineer to lead AI-augmented test automation across web applications. You will design and execute Selenium-based frameworks, integrating GenAI tools to generate tests, analyze logs, and accelerate exploratory testing.

You will embed with engineering from design through deployment, ensuring CI/CD pipelines validate every commit. Proficiency in Python/Java/JavaScript and strong SQL data skills are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional QA experience with at least 3 years in test automation.
• Hands-on proficiency with Selenium WebDriver (POM, waits, cross-browser).
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience using GenAI tools (OpenAI API, Claude Code, Cursor) to enhance workflows.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Data analysis skills with SQL and log visualization tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end test automation strategy for assigned product areas.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Selenium-based test suites in Python/Java/JS.
• Integrate GenAI tools into QA workflow to generate tests and analyze logs.
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipeline test stages (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Perform root-cause analysis on test failures and incidents; deliver data-backed recommendations.
• Define and report quality KPIs with dashboards.
• Conduct code reviews of test automation PRs and enforce coding standards.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to define acceptance criteria and testability.
