IgniteTech seeks an executive to own platform reliability for an AI-native SaaS community and social engagement platform. You will lead a senior, fully remote team across time zones, driving uptime, MTTR reduction, and customer satisfaction.

You will design and govern the AI agent operations, oversee incident management, and personally contribute to RCAs and agent code, shaping a playbook that defines the industry’s next steps.

Formación

• 10+ years operating SaaS at meaningful scale.
• At least 3 years in an SVP/VP/Head-of role managing a senior-only engineering organization.
• AI-first DNA—built or led AIOps/agentic incident response in production.
• Deep AWS production experience at scale (multi-AZ, multi-account).
• Hands-on senior engineer who writes RCAs, ships code, and leads outages.

Responsabilidades

• Own reliability outcomes and customer-experience metrics for an AI-native platform.
• Lead the operating system design of the AI agent surface and governance.
• Manage a small, senior, remote team across time zones; no L1/L2 layer.
• Direct outage bridges and produce RCAs; ship agent code.
• Represent operations to enterprise leadership and guide reliability investments.
