Intetics Inc. is seeking a Senior AI-Native Engineer to join our enterprise SaaS team on a full-time basis. You will lead agentic development initiatives, define specs, and drive adoption of AI-first tools across distributed teams.

You will own end-to-end delivery of complex features, review AI-generated code for correctness and security, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, design, and QA to ship high-quality software.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience developing enterprise or SaaS software in production environments
• Proficiency with agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) in daily work
• Proven experience creating and using agentic development systems with specs-first workflows
• Demonstrated track record shipping complex features independently
• Proficiency with modern backend/full-stack technologies (Golang, PHP, or Node.js/TypeScript); RESTful API design
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL data stores
• Experience delivering with Agile and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong written communication to write clear specs and review feedback

Responsabilidades

• Lead the definition of spec and implementation standards for your feature area with executable specs
• Use agentic coding tools as standard across the SDLC and drive AI-first development adoption
• Review AI-generated code and attestations for correctness, edge cases, and security
• Shape the team's agentic development norms and attestation practices
• Mentor L1/L2 engineers and collaborate with product, design, QA to build the right thing
• Communicate clearly in writing to keep distributed teams aligned
