The role emphasizes ownership, pragmatic architecture, and building scalable systems in a collaborative, remote-first environment across LATAM. English proficiency is valued for global collaboration.

Formación

• Proven track record building and operating production software systems.
• Strong fundamentals in architecture, system design, debugging and maintainability.
• Experience working with large or complex existing codebases.
• Backend or full-stack engineering with modern languages and frameworks.

• Design and implement new capabilities across a complex SaaS platform.
