Darwoft is hiring a Senior/Staff Software Engineer (AI-Native) to work remotely anywhere in LATAM on an AI-driven M&A SaaS platform. You will leverage Claude Code, Codex, and other AI agents to accelerate delivery, navigate a large codebase, and shape architectural decisions.

The role emphasizes production software, reliability, and ownership in a fast-moving environment. The team values pragmatic engineering, product focus, and collaboration with international colleagues.

Formación

• Strong experience building and operating production software systems.
• Excellent fundamentals: architecture, system design, debugging, testing, maintainability.
• Experience with large or complex existing codebases.
• Backend or full-stack with modern languages/frameworks.
• Experience building modern web apps and SaaS products.

Responsabilidades

• Navigate and evolve a large production codebase.
• Design and implement new product capabilities across a complex SaaS platform.
• Make pragmatic architectural decisions as the product scales.
• Identify technical debt, risks, and reliability issues.
• Use AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, etc.) extensively.
• Build and evolve backend services, APIs, data models, and workflows.
