Darwoft is seeking a Senior/Staff Software Engineer for an AI-native, LATAM-based remote role. You will work with Claude Code, Codex and other AI agents to build production software across a large SaaS platform focused on AI-native transaction workflows.

• Experience building and operating production software across complex SaaS platforms.
• Strong fundamentals in architecture, system design, debugging and maintainability.
• Experience with large or complex existing codebases.
• Backend or full-stack experience with modern languages and frameworks.
• Experience with web apps and SaaS products.
• Understanding APIs, data modeling, and distributed systems.
• Familiar with cloud environments, CI/CD, deployments, and production operations.
• Ability to reason about trade-offs and own architectural decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Navigate and evolve a large production codebase.
• Design and implement new capabilities across a complex SaaS platform.
• Make pragmatic architectural decisions as the product scales.
• Identify technical debt, architectural risks, reliability issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Leverage Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot or similar AI coding agents throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Improve development workflows, tooling, automation, and engineering practices.
• Build and evolve backend services, APIs, data models, and application workflows.
• Contribute across the application stack and strengthen automated testing and observability.
• Collaborate with product leadership to translate business problems into effective technical solutions.
