Darwoft is hiring a Senior/Staff Software Engineer for an AI-native, CLAUDE Code and Codex–driven backend/frontend stack. You will navigate a large codebase, shape architecture, and leverage AI agents to accelerate delivery in a remote LATAM setting.

The ideal candidate blends strong software fundamentals with product focus, ownership, and an autonomous work style in a fast-growing, remote-first environment.

Formación

• Production-grade software engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals in architecture and system design.
• Experience with large or complex existing codebases.
• Backend or full-stack development with modern languages and frameworks.
• Experience building SaaS products and scalable APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Navigate, understand, and evolve a large production codebase.
• Design and implement new product capabilities across a complex SaaS platform.
• Make pragmatic architectural decisions as the product scales.
• Identify technical debt and reliability issues; implement improvements.
• Use Claude Code, Codex, or Copilot extensively throughout development lifecycle.
• Build and evolve backend services, APIs, data models, and workflows.
• Contribute across the stack and strengthen automated testing and observability.
• Balance speed with quality and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product leadership to translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Drive AI-assisted engineering to increase development velocity.
