Darwoft is hiring a Senior/Staff Software Engineer (AI-Native/Claude Code/Codex) for LATAM, 100% remote. You will navigate a large codebase, make architectural decisions, and leverage AI coding agents to dramatically accelerate delivery.

The role emphasizes ownership, technical judgment, and building production software in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. The ideal candidate has strong fundamentals in architecture, systems design, and testing, with experience across large SaaS platforms.

Formación

• Extensive production software experience.
• Strong fundamentals in architecture, design, debugging and maintainability.
• Experience with large or complex codebases.
• Backend or full-stack development with modern languages/frameworks.
• Experience building modern web apps and SaaS products.

Responsabilidades

• Navigate and evolve a large production codebase.
• Design and implement new product capabilities across a complex SaaS platform.
• Make pragmatic architectural decisions as the product scales.
• Identify debt, risks, and reliability issues and address them.
• Use Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot or similar AI coding agents throughout development.
• Leverage AI to explore codebases, design implementations, generate/refactor code, and accelerate delivery.
• Build and evolve backend services, APIs, data models, and workflows.
• Contribute across the application stack and improve testing, observability, and production readiness.
• Improve development workflows, tooling, automation, and engineering practices.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across application, data, and infra layers.
• Balance speed with quality and long-term maintainability.
• Collaborate with product leadership to translate problems into technical solutions.
• Help the team achieve greater development leverage through AI-assisted engineering.
