Darwoft, a Latin American technology company, is hiring a Senior/Staff Software Engineer for an AI-native development platform in LATAM. Work remotely on a modern transaction platform for M&A SaaS, using Claude Code, Codex and other AI agents to accelerate delivery.

You'll navigate a large codebase, make architectural decisions, improve reliability, and collaborate with product leadership to translate business problems into technical solutions.

Formación

• Hands-on experience building and operating production software systems.
• Strong fundamentals in architecture, system design, debugging and maintainability.
• Experience with large or complex existing codebases.
• Backend or full-stack experience with modern languages and SaaS products.
• Familiarity with APIs, data modeling, and distributed systems.

Responsabilidades

• Navigate and evolve a large production codebase.
• Design and implement new capabilities across a complex SaaS platform.
• Make pragmatic architectural decisions as the product scales.
• Leverage AI coding agents to accelerate delivery.
• Strengthen automated testing, observability, and production readiness.
