• Strong production software experience and ownership.
• Solid architecture, system design, debugging and maintainability.
• Experience with large or complex existing codebases.
• Backend or full-stack skills for modern SaaS products.

Responsibilities

• Navigate and evolve a large production codebase.
• Design and implement new capabilities across a SaaS platform.
• Make pragmatic architectural decisions as the product scales.
• Identify debt, risks, reliability issues, and improvements.
• Use Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot or similar AI agents throughout development.
• Build backend services, APIs, data models, and workflows.
• Contribute across the application stack and improve testing, observability, and production readiness.
