Darwoft is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and scale autonomous AI agents within a fintech conversational platform. You will work remotely across LATAM, shaping multi-agent architectures and grounded reasoning.

You will implement RAG pipelines, integrate with internal services, and optimize LLM-based workflows in production. English proficiency is required for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development.
• 2+ years building AI/Generative AI in production.
• Strong Python proficiency.
• Experience with LLMs and agentic frameworks (OpenAI SDK, LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI).
• Proven memory/state management in agentic systems and multi-agent workflows.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, test, and deploy autonomous AI agents in production.
• Develop LLM-based systems enabling reasoning, planning, and execution across workflows.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines with vector databases.
• Integrate AI agents with internal services, APIs, and production systems.
• Build evaluation, monitoring, and optimization pipelines for accuracy and cost.
• Apply advanced prompt engineering and tool calling to enhance agent capabilities.
