Darwoft is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join a fintech project focused on an AI-powered conversational platform. You will design and scale agentic systems, enabling autonomous reasoning and multi‑step workflows, while collaborating with product teams in a fully remote, LATAM-friendly setup.

You will work on production-grade LLM systems, RAG pipelines, and integration with production services, with a contractor model paying in USD and a strong emphasis on learning and growth.

Formación

• 5+ years in professional software development.
• 2+ years building AI/Generative AI in production.
• Strong Python proficiency.
• Experience with LLMs and agentic frameworks.
• Proven memory/state management for multi-agent workflows.
• Experience with vector DBs and RAG-based architectures.
• Solid version control, testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent English communication in a remote setting.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, test, and deploy autonomous AI agents in production.
• Develop LLM-based systems enabling reasoning, planning, and execution.
• Implement RAG pipelines with vector databases for grounded responses.
• Integrate AI agents with internal services and production systems.
• Create evaluation, monitoring, and optimization pipelines for LLMS.
• Apply prompt engineering and tool calling to boost agent capabilities.
• Stay current with Generative AI trends and production best practices.
