Darwoft is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join a core AI initiative. You will design, implement, and scale agentic systems and multi‑agent workflows in production, using Python and leading frameworks to build autonomous agents.

The role is fully remote within LATAM, with flexible time zones and a focus on fintech-oriented conversational AI. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, contribute to architecture, and help deliver real business impact.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years building and deploying AI/Generative AI in production.
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI toolchains.
• Experience with memory/state management and multi-agent workflows.
• Experience with vector databases and RAG architectures.
• Strong English communication in a fully remote setting.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, test, and deploy autonomous AI agents.
• Develop LLM-based systems enabling reasoning and multi-step workflows.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation pipelines with vector databases.
• Integrate AI agents with internal services and APIs.
• Build monitoring and optimization for LLM-powered systems.
• Apply prompt engineering and tool calling to enhance agents.
• Stay updated with Generative AI advancements and best practices.
