Zusammenfassung

Darwoft is a Latin American tech company building human-centered software with a strong remote-first culture. We seek a Senior AI Engineer to design and scale autonomous agents within a fintech AI platform that operates across LATAM, using LLMs and advanced multi-agent architectures.

You will work on end-to-end production systems, focusing on reasoning, planning, and execution across multi-step workflows, while maintaining high standards of reliability and cost efficiency.

Qualifikationen

5+ years of professional software development experience.
2+ years building and deploying AI/Generative AI solutions in production.
Strong proficiency in Python.
Solid experience with LLMs and agentic frameworks (OpenAI SDK, LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar).
Proven experience with agentic systems, including memory/state management and multi-agent workflows.

Aufgaben

Design, build, test, and deploy autonomous AI agents using Python and modern agentic frameworks.
Develop LLM-based systems enabling reasoning, planning, and execution across multi-step workflows.
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with vector databases.
Integrate AI agents with internal services, APIs, and production systems.
Build evaluation, monitoring, and optimization pipelines for LL-powered systems.
