Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join a fast-growing fintech project building an AI-powered conversational platform used by US users. The role focuses on agentic systems, multi-agent reasoning, and scalable LLM-based workflows.

You will design, implement, and scale autonomous agents, integrate with internal services, and optimize RAG pipelines in a fully remote, contractor-based environment with USD payments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development.
• 2+ years building and deploying AI/Generative AI solutions in production.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with LLMs and agentic frameworks in production.
• Knowledge of vector databases and RAG patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy autonomous AI agents using Python and agentic frameworks.
• Develop LLM-based systems enabling reasoning, planning, and execution across multi-step workflows.
• Implement RAG pipelines with vector databases for grounded responses.
• Integrate AI agents with internal services and production systems.
• Build evaluation, monitoring, and optimization pipelines for LLM-powered systems.
• Apply advanced prompt engineering and tool calling to enhance agents.
• Stay current with Generative AI advancements and apply best practices in production.
