Darwoft is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join a fintech-focused project, building agentic systems and AI-powered conversational platforms used by thousands of users in the United States. You will design, develop, and scale autonomous agents that reason, plan, and execute actions across multi-step workflows in production.

Work remotely from LATAM, collaborate with global teams, leverage Python, LLMs, and modern AI tooling to deliver reliable, measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years building AI/Generative AI solutions in production.
• Strong Python proficiency and hands-on LLMs experience.
• Experience with agentic systems and vector databases.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy autonomous AI agents.
• Develop LLM-based systems enabling reasoning and planning across workflows.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines using vector databases.
• Integrate AI agents with internal services and production systems.
• Build evaluation and monitoring pipelines for LLM-powered systems.
• Apply advanced prompt engineering and tool calling.
• Stay current with Generative AI and agentic architectures.
