Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in a similar role (Account Director / Regional Lead) within integrated, 360°, or creative agencies.
• Proven track record managing multi-market accounts across digital, social media, and print ecosystems.
• Advanced / Fluent English required for senior-level global stakeholder communication.
• Experience leading pitch processes, developing commercial proposals, and managing accounts under insourcing or agency-hub models.
• Strong people management, proactive mindset, adaptability, and multitasking in complex environments.

• Lead discovery, onboarding, setup, and ongoing coordination for multi-market accounts.
• Serve as primary strategic contact for regional and global roles and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze scopes of work, ensure deliverable accuracy, and align cross-functional teams to client goals.
• Design, build, and present multi-market commercial proposals for key regional accounts.
• Lead regional pitches, RFPs, and quotes to secure new business and defend current accounts.
