Job summary

High Scale is a digital marketing agency seeking a hands-on account manager to own multiple client accounts end to end. You will write brand messaging, run SEO, social, and paid media, and edit AI drafts to fit each client’s tone and trust requirements.

You’ll build Claude workflows, set up tracking, and structure multi-location accounts. The role requires English fluency, cross-location coordination, and a proactive, low-oversight approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of current, hands-on digital marketing for clients.
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags, ad account structure.
• Experience launching sites and tracking implementations.
• Daily use of Claude and related tools, with built workflows.
• Near-native English for client calls and updates.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts across locations.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and get sites, tracking, and channels live in about two weeks.
• Write brand messaging and location pages; draft in Claude and edit.
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on; manage ad account structure.
• Structure multi-location accounts and compare cost per booked appointment.
• Create Claude workflows and templates for weekly use.
• Join client calls across time zones.
