WSI is hiring a senior Growth/Performance Lead to own client acquisition across its 600+ agencies and 80+ markets. This newly created role offers real budget, direct access to senior leadership, and the autonomy to build the function the way you believe it should be built.

You will design and run a repeatable acquisition program, manage a disciplined testing pipeline across channels, track performance, evaluate partners, and translate wins into scalable playbooks across the network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running paid acquisition at a B2B scale.
• Own cost-per-opportunity targets and optimize campaigns end-to-end.
• Ability to assess platform ROI with transparent calculations.
• Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration.
