Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of production experience in an integrated agency or production house.
• Knowledge of LATAM industry and unions (Argentina).
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with data handling, assets management, buyouts and formats.
• Proven history of leading projects to clients and accounts.

Aufgaben

• Communication: act as the day-to-day project contact with clients and agencies, ensuring timelines and deliverables.
• Collaboration: mentor junior producers and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Process: manage medium- to large-sized projects from initiation to completion, monitor status and changes.
• Financial Management: own budgets, track costs, reconcile estimates, and manage financial reporting.
• Day-to-day: develop scopes, timelines, budgets, and coordinate with Hogarth's global production network.
