Job summary

Power Digital is seeking a senior client leader to manage a portfolio of 8–12 core accounts, including founder-led brands. You will drive growth strategy, coordinate across channels, and build scalable measurement infrastructure using Iris and Nova.

You will own high-level client relationships, run quarterly reviews, and guide teams through complex campaigns. The role offers a fully flexible work environment and a clear path to leadership within a fast-growing firm.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing and growth experience with early-stage or scaling consumer brands.
• Experience working with founder-led businesses and fast decisions.
• Able to build from scratch with no brand guidelines or historical data.
• Knowledge of crowdfunding-to-DTC transitions and sustainable customer acquisition.
• Strong prioritization to solve the right problems first.
• Comfortable with scrappy media mixes and extracting signal from small budgets.
• Proven track record of retaining and growing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own the senior client relationship; provide board-ready updates for CEOs/founders.
• Run quarterly Power Circuit reviews to diagnose growth constraints.
• Coordinate paid, SEO, content, email, and creative work around a focused strategy.
• Identify expansion opportunities aligned with client stage; avoid over-selling.
• Manage retention and expansion; lead renewals and grow MRR.
• Build multi-layered client relationships to mitigate single-point risk.
• Coach analysts and specialists; supervise 1–2 direct reports and conduct reviews.
