Provide support in credit and collections management, contributing to the control and monitoring of the company's accounts receivable portfolio. Maintain up-to-date customer, payment, and collection information within the department's systems and management tools.

Participate in the preparation of reports and key performance indicators, supporting portfolio analysis and results tracking.

Collaborate on continuous improvement and process automation initiatives within the area.

Your skills and experience

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Credit & Collections, Administration, Finance, or similar administrative roles.
• Experience interacting with internal and/or external customers and handling administrative documentation is a plus.
• Advanced students or graduates in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
