Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the resolution of inquiries, discrepancies, or claims related to invoicing and collections, coordinating with the relevant internal stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date customer, payment, and collection information within the department's systems and management tools.
• Participate in the preparation of reports and key performance indicators, supporting portfolio analysis and results tracking.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement and process automation initiatives within the area.
